Introduction

The AN4VC integrated current sensor (SOIC-10 package) uses compound semiconductor GaAs as its sensing core, with a built-in precision temperature compensation algorithm. It features high integration, high accuracy, high bandwidth, fast response, high linearity, and low temperature drift. It provides a high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective solution for current sensing in industrial control, new energy, and automotive electronics applications.

The sensor employs an internal differential Hall structure to effectively suppress external stray magnetic fields, offering strong interference immunity and ensuring accurate measurement in complex magnetic noise environments.

The product requires only low-side power supply, eliminating the inconvenience of dual high/low-voltage power supply required by isolated op-amps. The product can be factory-calibrated per customer requirements, with no secondary programming or calibration needed at the customer end.
