Introduction
VT470R is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "wireless RF modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output."
The VT470R comes in a SOP16 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0~5.0V, operating current of 3.4–3.9mA, startup time of 3ms, and a maximum receiver sensitivity of -113dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual adjustment processes during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
