Introduction
The VM88XXT series is a low-power, high-performance, high-output SOC transmitter for 315/433MHz short-range wireless communication, enabling single-chip remote control design. Key features include low power consumption, wide operating voltage range, and high output power.
The VM88XXT integrates a microprocessor, PLL, and power amplifier on-chip. The microprocessor handles key scanning and RF encoding. The PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter. The power amplifier amplifies the input signal using a Class-E amplifier topology, ensuring output power greater than 13dBm at low power consumption.
The VM88XXT is available in SOP8 and SOP16 packages.
