Introduction
F113 is a high-performance OOK/ASK transmitter for Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) systems. The chip integrates a power amplifier, a monostable circuit, and a phase-locked loop controlled by an internal voltage-controlled oscillator. The monostable circuit controls the PLL and power amplifier to enable fast startup during operation.
