Introduction

VI526R is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the literal sense — "wireless RF modulated signal in, digital demodulated signal out."

The VI526R operates over a supply voltage range of 2.0~5.0V, with a normal operating current of 2.9mA, startup time of 2.3ms, and a maximum reception sensitivity of -109dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning processes during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
