Introduction

VI510H is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "RF modulated signal in, digital demodulated signal out."

VI510H comes in an SOP8 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0 - 5.5V, operating current of 5mA, startup time of 3ms, and receive sensitivity up to -118dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning steps in development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
