Introduction

CBU is a low-power embedded Wi-Fi module built around the highly integrated wireless RF chip BK7231N and minimal peripheral components. It supports dual-role AP and STA connectivity along with low-power Bluetooth. The module features a built-in 32-bit MCU running at up to 120 MHz, 2 Mbyte of onboard flash, and 256 KB of RAM, with support for Tuya cloud connectivity. The MCU incorporates instruction set extensions optimized for signal processing, enabling efficient audio encoding and decoding. It offers rich peripherals including PWM, UART, and SPI, with up to six 32-bit PWM outputs that make the module well-suited for high-quality LED control.
