Introduction

The E103-W08 is a 2.4G-based WiFi serial module with a maximum transmit power of 10dBm. The module integrates an ARM® Cortex-M application processor and an ARM Cortex-M link controller, with the application layer and connection layer managed separately, ensuring stable and reliable performance. It supports the 802.11b protocol and WPA/WPA2 encryption, meeting the requirements of various standard wireless communication scenarios and multiple application protocols, including industrial TCP, HTTP, and MQTT. It features industry-standard auto-connect and power-on transmission functionality, and supports fast and convenient network provisioning in addition to AT command parameter configuration. Power consumption can be adjusted across multiple levels, allowing users to set the appropriate power level according to their needs; communication power consumption can reach as low as 120uA while maintaining a WiFi connection. The module hardware comes in two versions: E103-W08A uses only a PCB antenna, while E103-W08B uses only an IPX antenna interface. Aside from the antenna difference, both products share identical firmware.
