Introduction

This module adopts the nRF5340 RF chip with Bluetooth BLE 5.4 support. The chip features a dual-core high-performance ARM Cortex-M33 processor, a 32M industrial crystal oscillator, and a rich set of peripherals including UART, I2C, I2S, high-speed SPI, QSPI, USB, ADC, DMA, PWM, and PDM. It also supports ZIGBEE, Thread, NFC, ANT, 802.15.4, and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols. The NRF5340 exposes most of its I/O ports for comprehensive user development. This module is a hardware platform with no pre-loaded firmware; users are required to develop their own firmware. The module is optimized to maximize the RF performance of the chip.
