The chip operates primarily in the 433/868/915MHz ISM/SRD bands with ultra-low power consumption. Its high link budget makes it ideal for battery-powered long-range wireless transmission applications. The high-efficiency Class-E amplifier delivers an output power of up to 20dBm, with a maximum sensitivity of -119dBm and a maximum data rate of 250Kbps. With this RF module, users can easily develop wireless products with excellent RF performance and high reliability — no in-depth knowledge of RF circuit design required.
