Introduction

Sequans' CBRS modules are among the industry's first leadless chip carrier (LCC) modules designed from the ground up to enable cost-effective, large-scale IoT device deployment in private LTE CBRS networks. These modules support a wide range of medium-rate data applications and are based on Sequans' Cassiopeia LTE technology. Leveraging Sequans' decade of experience in 3.5 GHz spectrum deployments, the CB410L and CB610L deliver the industry's most optimized cellular connectivity for CBRS networks. They are pin-to-pin compatible and support LTE Cat 4 (CB410L) or LTE Cat 6 (CB610L). The compact LCC form factor enables easy integration into small and thin devices, or onto mini-PCI or M.2 NGFF carrier boards. The CB410L and CB610L incorporate Sequans' operator-validated LTE protocol stack and comprehensive application software, and comply with CBRS network standards operating on LTE band 48 in the United States. These modules also operate on networks in other 3.5 GHz frequency band blocks, including LTE bands 42 and 43. Drivers for all major host operating systems are also available, optimizing time-to-market and product cost.
