Introduction

The GAMMA62M provides a simple "modem-on-a-module" wireless link as a replacement for serial data cables. Its user interface is standard low-voltage RS232, with all RF operations performed automatically internally (including packetization, error checking, etc.). The GAMMA62 operates on the European 868MHz band or the US/Australian 918MHz band, supporting high-speed FSK or spread spectrum modes, with modes 1 through 7 offering a trade-off between operating range and data rate.
