Our ultra-compact BL54L15µ module is powered by Nordic's nRF54L15 (WLCSP 300um) SoC, offering flexible programming through the Nordic SDK, Zephyr RTOS, and Canvas software suite, delivering secure and reliable Bluetooth LE and 802.15.4 connectivity.

The BL54L15µ module features a 128MHz ARM Cortex M33 and a 128MHz RISC-V coprocessor, equipped with 1.5MB non-volatile memory and 256KB RAM, delivering twice the processing power of the previous BL654 - nRF52840. The BL54L15µ series fully leverages the hardware features and capabilities of the nRF54L15, including transmit power up to +8dBm, a supply voltage range of 1.7V - 3.5V, and NFC-A tag implementation.

It also incorporates advanced security features, designed to meet PSA Level 3 certification standards. It supports secure boot, secure firmware updates, secure storage services, and protection against physical attacks.
