Introduction

The SIM7000C is a multi-band LTE-FDD and dual-band GPRS/EDGE wireless module. Adopting an SMT package, it supports LTE CAT-M1 (eMTC), NB-IoT, and GPRS/EDGE, with data transfer speeds of up to 375Kbps. The SIM7000C features a rich set of interfaces, including UART, USB2.0, and GPIO, which provides extensive expandability and greatly facilitates product development for users. The SIM7000C package is pin-to-pin compatible with the SIM900 and SIM800F series, and largely AT command compatible, minimizing customer R&D time and accelerating time-to-market. The SIM7000C module is the optimal solution for low-latency, medium-throughput applications, making it ideal for IoT applications such as metering, remote control, asset tracking, remote monitoring, telemedicine, mobile POS terminals, and bike-sharing.
