Introduction
E22-230T30E, E22-230T33E, E22-400T30E, and E22-400T33E are next-generation LoRa spread spectrum wireless modules designed around SEMTECH's latest-generation LoRa spread spectrum chips, functioning as wireless serial modules. They support multiple transmission modes: the E22-230T30E and E22-230T33E operate in the 220.125~236.125MHz band (default 230.125MHz), while the E22-400T30E and E22-400T33E operate in the 410.125~493.125MHz band (default 433.125MHz). These modules employ LoRa spread spectrum technology, are compatible with both 3.3V and 5V IO port voltages, use the MINI PCI-e standard form factor, and offer a choice of UART/RS485/RS232/USB communication interfaces. They are communication-compatible with the E22-T series, facilitating ease of development and use. Built on next-generation LoRa spread spectrum technology, the modules deliver greater transmission range and faster speeds. Supported features include air wake-up, over-the-air configuration, carrier sensing, automatic relay, communication key encryption, and configurable packet length. Custom development services are also available.
