Introduction

E103-W06 is a high-performance, high-reliability dual-band Wi-Fi module developed by Chengdu Ebyte, based on the T1 third-generation Wi-Fi chip CC3235S. It integrates a high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 processor with a maximum wireless transmit power of +18 dBm. The hardware footprint is compatible with the original CC3235MODS and CC3235MODSF, allowing drop-in replacement with those modules. In terms of functionality, the module supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n standards, operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and supports AP, STA, and Wi-Fi Direct (2.4 GHz band only) modes. It supports multiple network protocols including TCP/UDP/HTTP/MQTT, integrates mDNS, DNS-SD, and DHCP service packages, and supports WPA2 Personal encryption. These features make it suitable for a wide range of demanding, high-reliability wireless communication applications. Additionally, it supports power-on transparent transmission and Smartconfig for easy network provisioning. The E103-W06 is a truly industrial-grade Wi-Fi module that combines ease of use with high reliability and high performance.
