Introduction

Ai-WS1-CBS is a Wi-Fi 6 + BLE5.2 + SLE1.0 module featuring the Hi3873S chip as its core processor, supporting Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax, BLE, and SLE protocols. The Hi3873S integrates a high-performance proprietary 32-bit CPU with a clock speed of up to 240MHz. The chip incorporates a high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and a security processing engine, providing UART and GPIO interfaces while supporting a high-speed SDIO2.0 interface with a clock of up to 50MHz. Operating in slave mode, the chip connects to a host MCU via the SDIO interface.
