Introduction

A7680C (R5 Series) is an ultra-small, ultra-thin LTE Cat 1 module designed for the Chinese market, based on the ASR1602 platform. It supports LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD wireless standards, with a maximum downlink rate of 10Mbps and a maximum uplink rate of 5Mbps. The module adopts the classic LCC + LGA package footprint, enabling smooth migration from legacy 2G products to LTE, and meets the design requirements of compact terminals. It features built-in network protocols, USB drivers for mainstream operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android), and integrates a rich set of industrial-standard interfaces including UART, GPIO, SPI, and I²C. Select variants also integrate GNSS positioning functionality, offering strong expandability.
