Introduction

The M508H-WS63 module is a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, BLE, and SLE tri-in-one wireless module based on the HiSilicon WS63 SOC. It integrates an IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax baseband and RF circuit, including a PA, LNA, RF balun, antenna switch, passive crystal oscillator, 2.4GHz antenna, and power management module. The module supports 20MHz/40MHz channel bandwidth for 802.11n and 20MHz channel bandwidth for 802.11ax, delivering a physical layer rate of up to 150Mbps with extended coverage range. Its normal operating temperature range is -35℃~+70℃, with an extreme operating temperature range of -40℃~+85℃, and physical dimensions of 24.7mm×14.4mm×11.5mm.
