Introduction

The E22-400M22S is an ultra-compact, proprietary 433MHz/470MHz SMD LoRa™ wireless module based on Semtech's next-generation LoRa™ RF chip SX1268. By adopting the genuine SX1268 as its core, it delivers improved anti-interference performance and communication range compared to the previous generation of LoRa™ transceivers. Leveraging the new LoRa™ modulation technology, its anti-interference performance and communication range are significantly superior to current FSK and GFSK modulation products. This module is primarily designed for smart home, wireless meter reading, scientific research & medical, and long-range wireless communication applications. RF performance and component selection comply with industrial-grade standards, featuring an industrial-grade high-precision 32MHz crystal. The product covers an ultra-wide frequency range of 410~493MHz, is backward compatible with SX1278 and SX1276, and employs an industrial-grade high-precision 32MHz active temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO). As this module is an RF transceiver module only, users are required to drive it via an MCU or a dedicated SPI debugging tool.
