Introduction

The VG2300SXS series wireless transceiver modules are ultra-compact, low-power, high-performance OOK/(G)FSK RF transceivers for various wireless applications from 140 to 1020 MHz. Up to +20 dBm output power and -121 dBm sensitivity optimize link performance for applications. The modules support multiple packet formats and codecs, flexibly meeting the diverse requirements of different applications. In addition, the VG2300SX supports 64-byte Tx/Rx FIFO, rich GPIO and interrupt configurations, DutyCycle operating mode, channel monitoring, high-accuracy RSSI, low-voltage detection, power-on reset, low-frequency clock output, manual fast frequency hopping, and squelch output, enabling more flexible application design and product differentiation. The VG2300SXS operates from 1.8 V to 3.6 V. It draws only 8.5 mA at -121 dBm sensitivity, with an ultra-low-power receive mode to further reduce RX current consumption; transmit current is only 23 mA at 13 dBm output.
