Introduction
RX520 is an ASK receiver module operating at 315MHz/433.92MHz. The module features high sensitivity (-110dBm), low power consumption (<3.1mA), and high dynamic range (>80dB), along with excellent anti-interference performance. Designed around the highly integrated Vi520R chip, the module incorporates a built-in LNA, mixer, filter, PLL, and voltage regulator, delivering stable and reliable performance.
The RX520 operates over a supply voltage range of 2.5~5.5V with a normal operating current of 2.8 - 3.1mA and a maximum receive sensitivity of -110dBm. The module dimensions are 23.7mm*8.2mm.
