Introduction

BW20-12F is a dual-band Wi-Fi + BLE SoC module supporting dual-band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN and Bluetooth 5.0 protocols. It integrates a dual-core MCU: one ARM V8.1 (Cortex-M4F compatible) high-performance MCU with a maximum clock speed of 330MHz, and one ARM V8M (Cortex-M0 compatible) low-power MCU. The module features rich peripheral interfaces including UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, IIC, SPI, SDIO, IR, SWD, and USB. It is widely applicable to IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, smart home, and related fields.
