Introduction

The A7680C module supports both LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD. Users can flexibly select different module variants to meet diverse market requirements. With dimensions of only 17.6×15.7×2.1mm, the module is suitable for virtually all M2M applications with space constraints, such as automotive, metering, security, routing, wireless POS, mobile computing devices, PDAs, tablets, and more. The A7680C provides a total of 92 pins, including 42 LCC pins in the outer ring and 50 LGA pins in the inner ring. The A7680C offers the following hardware interfaces: one power input; one USB 2.0 interface; three UART interfaces — one full-featured serial port, one standard serial port, and one DEBUG serial port; one USIM card interface; multiple programmable GPIO interfaces; one ADC interface; one power output; one analog audio interface; one USB_BOOT download boot interface; one network status indicator interface; one module operating status indicator interface; and one antenna interface.
