Introduction

ML305 is an LTE dual-mode wireless data module suitable for a wide range of consumer and industrial applications. It supports multiple frequency bands and provides high-speed data access services in mobile environments. Featuring a highly integrated design, it integrates the RF and baseband onto a single PCB, handling wireless RF signal reception, transmission, and baseband signal processing. The module uses an LCC+LGA interface and measures 23.0mm * 24.0mm * 2.4mm. It is an SMT module with 92 pins in total, of which 76 are LCC pins and the remaining 16 are LGA pins. It supports AT command extensions for user-customized solutions, and the entire product line supports nano SIM cards.
