Introduction
VG197M is a wireless transceiver module operating in the 2.4GHz worldwide ISM band. The module features high sensitivity (-89dBm), low power consumption (<16mA receive current), high dynamic range (>100dB), high transmit power (≥8dBm), and strong anti-interference performance. Built around the highly integrated VG197 chip, the module incorporates an LNA, RF receiver, RF transmitter, mixer, filter, GFSK modem, PLL, and voltage regulator, delivering stable and reliable performance. The VG197M operates over a supply voltage range of 1.9~3.6V, with a receive current of 16mA and transmit current of 30mA. Module dimensions are 22.225mm × 15.9mm.
