Introduction

RX520E is an ASK receiver module operating at 315MHz/433.92MHz. The module features high sensitivity (-110dBm), low power consumption (<3.1mA), high dynamic range (>80dB), and strong anti-interference performance. Designed with the highly integrated Vi520R chip, it incorporates a built-in LNA, mixer, filter, PLL, and voltage regulator, delivering stable and reliable performance.

The RX520E operates over a supply voltage range of 2.5~5.5V with a normal operating current of 2.8–3.1mA, achieving a maximum receive sensitivity of -110dBm. The module supports a PD function that reduces average operating current through intermittent operation. The startup time after the PD signal transitions from high to low is 3ms, making it particularly suitable for ultra-low power consumption applications. Module dimensions: 23.7mm × 8.2mm.
