Introduction
Ra-01SCH-P is a LoRa series module designed and developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication. Its RF chip LLCC68+ primarily employs a LoRa long-range modem for ultra-long-range spread spectrum communication, offering strong anti-interference capability while minimizing current consumption. Leveraging SEMTECH's patented LoRa modulation technology, the module integrates a built-in PA and LNA, achieving a sensitivity exceeding -137dBm, a transmit power of +29dBm, long transmission range, and high reliability. Additionally, compared to conventional modulation techniques, LoRa modulation offers significant advantages in anti-blocking and selectivity, addressing the challenge faced by traditional design solutions in simultaneously balancing range, anti-interference, and power consumption. It is widely applicable in areas such as automatic meter reading, home and building automation, security systems, and remote irrigation systems.
