Introduction

The user's serial device can send data to a specified server via the GM5, and the GM5 can also receive data from the server and forward it to the serial device. Users do not need to concern themselves with the data conversion process between serial data and network packets — simply configure a few parameters to achieve transparent data communication between the serial device and the network server. The GM5 supports 4 Socket connections: Socket A, Socket B, Socket C, and Socket D, each operating independently. This product supports operation as a TCP Client and UDP Client.
