Introduction

The E32-xxxT30x series (UART) modules are based on SEMTECH's classic RF chip, featuring 30dBm transmit power, multiple transmission modes, operating in the 400 and 900 frequency bands, LoRa spread spectrum technology, TTL-level output, and compatibility with 3.3V IO port voltage. These modules adopt the latest-generation LoRa spread spectrum technology — LoRa direct-sequence spread spectrum offers the advantages of long communication range, strong anti-interference capability, and high confidentiality. The default air data rate is 2.4kbps and transmit power is 30dBm. Equipped with a PA power amplifier and LNA low-noise amplifier, the modules deliver enhanced communication stability and extended communication range. Industrial-grade temperature-compensated crystals are used to ensure stability and consistency. The modules are in stable mass production and have been widely deployed in utility metering, IoT retrofitting, smart home, and other applications. The E32-xxxT30x strictly complies with domestic and international design standards including FCC, CE, and RoHS, meets RF-related certifications for export requirements, and custom development services are also available. The following four modules share the same transmit power but operate in different frequency bands.
