Introduction

The CC2540T device is a truly cost-effective, low-power wireless MCU for Bluetooth Low Energy applications. It enables robust BLE master or slave nodes to be built at low overall BOM cost, with an operating temperature of up to 125°C. It combines an excellent RF transceiver, an industry-standard enhanced 8051 MCU, in-system programmable flash memory, 8KB RAM, and other powerful support features and peripherals. Suited for systems requiring ultra-low power consumption. Features ultra-low-power sleep modes. Short transition times between operating modes help achieve lower power consumption.
