Introduction

CMT2150L is a true single-chip, highly flexible, ultra-low power OOK RF transmitter IC with an integrated encoder, ideally suited for wireless applications in the 240 to 480 MHz range. The chip is fully compatible with commonly used encoding formats such as 527 and 1527. It supports 3 independent keys or up to 6 combination keys, with each key's value individually configurable and no diode isolation required between combination keys. By default, the chip is factory-programmed for 1527 encoding operating at 433.92 MHz. Users can also program customized parameters into the chip's internal EEPROM via the RFPDK visual interface and programming tool to enable differentiated applications. When paired with CMT225x/CMT221x series receiver ICs, users' requirements for low cost, low power consumption, and high performance can be effectively met.
