Introduction

The WL1117SC-1527 integrates an RF transmitter circuit and a high-performance microcontroller programming circuit on-chip, supporting ASK modulation with all tuning performed automatically on-chip. The device integrates a PLL and a power amplifier, featuring low power consumption, a wide operating voltage range, and high output power. The on-chip PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter, operating at relatively low frequencies (433MHz and 315MHz). It employs a ring oscillator as the local oscillator source, with a fixed frequency divider and an integrated loop filter in the loop, keeping overall power consumption below 1mA. The power amplifier amplifies the input signal using an open-drain output with an external choke inductor. A π-type narrowband matching network is applied to improve harmonic suppression and ensure output signal power greater than 10dBm. The streamlined instruction set of the microcontroller circuit simplifies programming. The device uses standard 1527 encoding and supports up to 6 key code values. The encoded bit period (16 clock cycles) is 1320μS, corresponding to the 300kΩ oscillator resistor of the EV1527. The bit period remains stable across the entire operating voltage range.
