Introduction

XM9816S is a monolithically integrated wireless transceiver IC operating in the globally licensed 2.4GHz ISM band. The chip integrates an RF receiver, RF transmitter, frequency synthesizer, GFSK modulator, and GFSK demodulator. Output power, channel selection, and protocol can be flexibly configured via SPI or I2C interface. Built-in CRC, FEC, auto-acknowledgment, and auto-retransmission mechanisms greatly simplify system design and optimize performance. The peripheral circuitry is minimal — only a small number of passive components are required to achieve excellent transceiver performance.
