Introduction

The SRK2402 is a fully integrated FMCW transceiver based on an advanced SiGe process. It operates in the 24 GHz ISM band from 24.00 GHz to 24.25 GHz. The device incorporates two transmit chains with an output power of 9 dBm, and four receive chains featuring 29 dB conversion gain, 9 dB noise figure, and a high input compression point of up to -5 dBm. On-chip baluns are integrated to provide single-ended RF and LO interfaces. The device is controlled via an SPI interface.
