Introduction

WS490H is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "wireless RF modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output."

WS490H comes in a SOP8 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0~5.5V, operating current of 3.0mA, startup time of 2.3ms, and a maximum receive sensitivity of -109dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning steps during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
