Introduction

WS499 is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "RF modulated signal in, demodulated digital signal out."

The WS499 comes in a SOT23-6 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0～5.5V, operating current of 2.9mA, startup time of 2.3mS, and receive sensitivity up to -109dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning processes during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
