Introduction

The VI8856BC series is a low-power, high-performance, high-power 315/433.92MHz short-range wireless transmitter IC. It features low power consumption, wide operating voltage range, and high output power. The chip integrates a PLL and a power amplifier: the PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter, while the power amplifier employs a Class-E amplifier topology to amplify the PLL output signal, ensuring output power greater than 13dBm under low-power conditions. The chip is available in a SOT23-6 package.
