Introduction

BK7238 is a highly integrated single-chip Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.2 LE combo solution designed for applications requiring low power consumption and compact form factor. It integrates a powerful 32-bit MCU along with comprehensive peripherals and interfaces, making it ideal for advanced IoT applications. Leveraging advanced design and process technologies, the chip achieves high integration and ultra-low power consumption in an extremely small package, suitable for smart lighting, smart home, positioning, and other advanced IoT applications.

• Bluetooth LE: Bluetooth 5.2 LE, 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, and long-range modes (125 kbps and 500 kbps), advertising extensions, Bluetooth direction finding: AoA and AoD, antenna array up to 16 antennas for precise positioning.
• Core: 32-bit MCU, up to 160 MHz, UART Flash download, JTAG debug interface.
• Memory: SiP Flash: 2 MB or 4 MB, 288 KB RAM, 4-byte eFuse.
• Clock Management: External oscillator: 26 MHz crystal, internal oscillator: 26–160 MHz DCO, 32 kHz ring oscillator, 480 MHz DPLL.
• Power Management: 2.7 to 3.6 V battery supply, on-chip POR and brown-out detector, embedded LDO, low power: 40 mA active RX current, 90 μA in low-voltage sleep mode, 10 μA in deep sleep mode, 0.5 μA in power-off mode.
