The VI8855BC series is a low-power, high-performance, high-output 315/433MHz short-range wireless communication transmitter IC. It features low power consumption, a wide operating voltage range, and high output power. The chip integrates a PLL and a power amplifier: the PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter, while the power amplifier employs a Class-E amplifier topology to amplify the PLL output signal, ensuring an output power greater than 13dBm under low-power conditions. The chip is available in a SOT23-6 package.
