Introduction

VI8805H is a low-power, high-performance, high-output 315/433MHz short-range wireless communication transmitter IC supporting ASK modulation, with all tuning performed automatically on-chip. The IC integrates a PLL and power amplifier on-chip.VI8805H features low power consumption, wide operating voltage range, and high output power.

VI8805H integrates a PLL and power amplifier on-chip. The PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter. The PLL in VI8805H operates at relatively low frequencies (433MHz and 315MHz), using a ring oscillator as the local oscillator source. The loop employs a fixed frequency divider circuit with a built-in loop filter, keeping overall power consumption below 1mA. The power amplifier amplifies the input signal using an open-drain output with an external choke inductor. A π-type narrowband matching network is used in the application to improve harmonic suppression and ensure output signal power greater than 10dBm. VI8805H adopts SOT23-6 package.

It consists of a frequency synthesizer (PLL) and power amplifier. The IC features high integration, low power consumption, and transmit power greater than 12dBm.
