Introduction
The VM8891T series is a low-power, high-performance, high-output-power 315/433MHz short-range wireless communication transmitter SoC, capable of complete remote control design on a single chip. The chip features low power consumption, wide operating voltage range, and high output power. Integrated on-chip are a rewritable MTP microprocessor, a phase-locked loop (PLL), and a power amplifier. The microprocessor handles key scanning and RF encoding. The PLL provides the carrier signal for the transmitter. The power amplifier employs a Class-E amplifier topology to amplify the input signal, ensuring an output power greater than 15dBm at low power consumption. The chip is available in a YSOP12 package.
