Introduction

VI523R is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All high-frequency signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "RF modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output." The IC comes in an SOP8 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.2~5.0V, operating current of 5.0-5.2mA, startup time of 4ms (CTH external capacitor 470nF), and reception sensitivity up to -112dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual adjustment during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
