Introduction

VI590R is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All high-frequency signal receiving functions are fully integrated on-chip to achieve the most reliable reception with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "RF modulated signal in, digital demodulated signal out."

VI590R comes in an SOP8 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.2~5.5V, operating current of 3.2 - 3.36mA, startup time of 3ms, and receive sensitivity up to -112dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning processes during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
