Introduction

PAN312x is a high-performance, low-power wireless transceiver IC supporting half-duplex wireless communication across frequency bands of 130~187MHz, 190~280MHz, 280~380MHz, 380~550MHz, and 760~1110MHz. The device features high interference immunity, high sensitivity, high transmit power, low power consumption, and long transmission range, achieving a receive sensitivity of up to -124dBm and a maximum output power of 21dBm. It supports multiple packet structures and encoding/decoding schemes, enabling flexible adaptation to diverse application scenarios. The series operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.8V, with a receive current of only 5.8mA, a standby current as low as 300nA, and a current consumption of approximately 25.1mA at 13dBm output power (DCDC mode). Additionally, it integrates high-accuracy RSSI, channel quality detection, GPIO, Duty-Cycle mode, and other advanced features, making application design more flexible and convenient.
