Introduction

SGM12033A is a triple-pole triple-throw addressable switch supporting a wide operating frequency range from 0.4GHz to 5.8GHz. The device offers low insertion loss and high isolation performance, making it suitable for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G applications requiring high power handling and high linearity. The device features an integrated serial control system compatible with the RFFE standard, with internal drivers and decoders supporting switch control signals, providing flexibility in RF path routing and band selection. No external DC blocking capacitors are required on the RF path as long as no external DC voltage is applied, helping to save PCB area and cost. The SGM12033A is available in a Green ULGA-2×2-16AL package.
