Introduction

The SGM11108E is a single-pole eight-throw antenna switch supporting a frequency range of 0.1GHz to 3GHz. The device features low insertion loss and high isolation, making it suitable for 2G, 3G, and 4G transmit/receive applications. It also offers the advantage of high linearity performance. The device is immune to cellular interference, making it ideal for multi-mode multi-band LTE handsets. The SGM11108E integrates an SP8T RF switch and a GPIO controller on a single SOI die. The GPIO controller provides internal drivers and decoders for switch control signals, offering great flexibility in RF path band selection and routing. As long as no external DC voltage is applied, no external DC-blocking capacitors are required on the RF path, saving PCB area and cost. The device is offered in a Green UTQFN-2×2-14L package.
