Introduction

This product is a coaxial single-pole multi-throw switch for frequencies up to 40 GHz, based on the RAMSES design concept. I.C.: Indicating Contacts. S.C.O.: Self-Cut-Off function. Note (1): These models are equipped with suppression diodes. Note (2): Standard products are equipped with common negative. Note (3): Latching BCD drivers also support manual reset via driver code 0000. Note (4): Applicable to a maximum of 6 positions only, without 50 ohm termination. Latching models have a RESET pin for resetting all positions. This command should be used before switching from one position to another; otherwise, two positions will be set simultaneously. Note: During RESET operation, the current is: set current multiplied by the number of positions. Latching models with auto-reset are available; these products feature an internal set/reset circuit that automatically sets the required position and resets the unselected positions. This option simplifies the use of latching switches by eliminating the RESET command from the switching sequence. Example: During auto-reset operation, a 28 V, 4-position switch temporarily draws 250 mA for a duration of up to 40 ms. Optional features available depending on type and number of positions.
