Introduction

BGSA403ML10 is a general-purpose shunt-to-ground 4x single-pole single-throw (4xSPST) RF antenna tuning switch. It is optimized for low C_off and low R_on, supporting applications up to 7.125 GHz. The BGSA403ML10 is well suited for antenna tuning applications. The die integrates on-chip CMOS logic and a power regulator. Its digital control interface complies with the MIPI2.1 RFFE specification, and each switch contact can be programmed individually or together within the same RFFE command frame. Thanks to the unique 4-state USID_SEL pin feature, up to 4 instances of the same device can be controlled using a single RFFE bus.
