BGSA14M3N10 is an ultra-compact SP4T antenna tuning switch optimized for RF applications up to 7.125 GHz. The device offers a powerful combination of low R_ON, low C_OFF, and high RF voltage handling capability, making it an ideal solution for switching reactive components such as inductors and capacitors without introducing significant losses.

• Low C_OFF capacitance of 116 fF in the OFF state
• RF operating voltage handling up to 45 V in the OFF state
• MIPI RFFE 2.1 control interface

• 4 default USID addresses via external USID_SEL pin
